According to my calculations ...

The Liberal Party will be extinct in 2014. This graph of the number of Liberal seats in the House of Commons for the past five elections tells the story:

Actually the Liberal Party has been dead for a very long time, but they do not want to admit it. In my opinion this was the final nail in the coffin, and I say good riddance. Being more of what is now called a "classical liberal", I have long felt disgusted in them claiming to be liberals. Instead of being for protecting citizens from government interference, they became typical socialists in promoting big centralised government controlling every aspect of our life; even to thought police. I shall look forward to dancing on their grave.
